Dungeon Duo - Rigging

I never rigged before but we wanted to create a 3D game with 3D characters so we knew from the very beginning, we needed to learn both animation and rigging in order to mount this task. I sat down with my fellow student Hannah Werner and our 3D teacher. I created the rig for the melee character and enemy Hannah did the ranged guys.
As it was my first rig we did not do any crazy IK stuff and focused on getting it to work first. We have some neat little fist control though. Also, I put some time in getting the weight painting on point and was quite successful with that:

The enemy was way easier to do as it was robotic. The harder task with that was to animate it later on with its four legs.
